With over two years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have helped coordinating the logistics and administrative operations for the Inter-American Program of Judicial Facilitators (IPJF) while working as an Operations Coordinator at the Organization of American States (OAS). Previously, assessing the impact of poverty reduction projects aimed at empowering women and youth with the community-based organization Foundation for the Development of Cuapa (FUNDECUAPA). I have also volunteered extensively in international organizations, first in the world's largest youth-led non-profit AIESEC, and then as a Community Development Consultant in Brazil. Recognized as a young leader by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), I have represented Nicaragua at the 7th UNAOC Global Forum in Azerbaijan to discuss solutions on the sustainable development agenda.
